I don't know if any of the Chinooks got the 'Naked Lady' desert camo that a bunch of CH-53 Super Stallions got in Desert Storm back in '91.
The place I live now just happens to be under the area that USAF and US Army Hercs and Chinooks use to train and practice EXTREME low level ariel refueling training flights.
They like to use our drive and barn as waypoints and gather points. Its impressive to watch these machines flying in the tree tops making everything vibrate. They come over often enough they don't even bother the farm animals.

The ski Chinook looks pretty striking. I guess those rails could be made of wire if desired.
