That's a great portable collection of airplanes (including an entire air wing of L-19/O-1s, it appears).

I just want to mention that seeing Ray's models in person at the convention was a real treat. He is a master craftsman, especially at the scale that he works in. Thanks for showing your model box.

Neat to see those fine-looking, transport-ready collections, Ray and rkelterer. Fun Star Wars sand crawler, Ray, I gotta try one of those.

Thanks for showing how you transport these, folks. Highly unlikely I'd be transporting models by air to a show in this country, but they might conceivably be transported by cargo bike. If they can survive airport security staff they should survive British roads.

@Bob - Thank you! You are way to kind!

@Siwi - I spent two years in the UK in East Anglia. I'm sure the models would survive! Even some of the smaller country roads.

Thanks also to Ray...he let me stick my huge 1/100th Aviatik on his table!

Don is correct. You gotta see Ray's stuff in person to believe it.

Make sure you have a magnifying glass to see them though. My unaided eyes refused to focus on them.
