But wait, there's more.

As you enter the museum, the Pitts Special is overhead.Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-pitts.jpg

Then, at eye level, you see the P40 on the left Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-p40.jpg and the Coursair on the right Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-cousair-1.jpgUdvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-cousair-2.jpg

Also to the left, a Ryan Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-ryan.jpg and a Lysander, Black Widow and others Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-various.jpg

Directly ahead is the pride of the museum, the SR-71 Blackbird Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-blackbird-1.jpg and from ground level Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-blackbird-2.jpgUdvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-blackbird-3.jpgUdvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-blackbird-4.jpg

In the "modern craft area" is the large and mighty F-105 Thud Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-thud-1.jpg and close up Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-thud-2.jpgUdvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-thud-3.jpg

Next door is it's main enemy, the SA-2 SAM Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-sa2.jpg

Vietnam helicopters are next. The Huey Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-huey.jpg and the S58 Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum-s58.jpg (should of called it Doey)

More to come . . .

As I commented before these are great photo's. I especially like the
photo of the F-105, one of my favorite aircraft. I have the Fly Model
Kit #88 about 80% complete and shelved for more than a year that
I need to finish. Thanks for sharing the photo's .....Ron
