Here are the impressions from Yesterday's event,
I had a great day; for the first time in a show like that, got a lot of compliments, specially from some plastic-guys, who just could'nt believe what was possible with paper, Ken's designs kept drawing crouds, the funniest reaction was a guy who sat on his knees for minutes, never said a word, investigating the austronaut, and walked away just shaking his head It was also a pleasure to meet some forum members in person; Tony (Blue Angel),he's the guy with the Dave Windfield Hercules, Legion, who brought some of his beautiful war-game designs, and Diderick A Bakker, he made me spend my entire budget in his 'shop', and of course Gert Vlaanderen and Jan vd Bor from the organisation |

nice to watch your spots of this exhibition; I like to see the veteran of Wilhelmshavener, the FORRESTAL - one of my favourites when I start cardmodelling .. With lovely greetings the Wilfried |

That's quite a collection! The SR-71 looks really good. The accessories make it look very real and business-like.

The Red-River paper makes those umbilical connectors really stand out.
Nice job! Ken

Those horses are made by the very friendly eminence grise of the dutch modeling scene Ben Elfrink, the site is in Dutch, but follow "Bouwplaten and Dieren" Elfrink-bouwplaten And now that I think of it, I will shoot some better picture's of the Blackbird with your stuff, I never got around to do that, but everybody loved them in the display Last edited by billy.leliveld; 10-23-2011 at 01:33 PM. |
