Well done Tim! If I’m not mistaken this is the first time that a paper model has taken to slot versus other types of model and so for the UK ugly have broken new grounded indeed!
Serves as a massive incentive and encouragement for the rest of us to get involved at model competitions- brilliant mate! |

It goes back longer than you think !
Model Show Reports will give you a short "history" of the group. This goes back to 2002, but there had been other shows before that. Roger Pattenden and I received the "Best Display" award at a show in Dartford in about 1999 Here's another award - this was for the group in general. There is another one somewhere. We also had an exhibition at the V&A museum - the first and only time an exhibition of paper models had appeared at a big London museum. Cheers Mike |
