Packing up

I've spent a few hours this morning getting packed up ready to go. Jim G's Otter is safely tucked away while it awaits its debut. Later this afternoon, around 4:00pm, Don, Greg and myself are going start setting up our display at the AHEC. I'll try to get a few pictures posted here this evening to wet everyone's whistle for the upcoming festivities. Stay tuned.

I just can't forget to pack the camera.

.....Rick we wish you were here buddy...we miss you already!

Don, Kevin, Maddy & I got set up this evening for tomorrow and sunday's festivities. Due to issues beyond our control, no pictures of the set up were taken this evening. Saw a lot of cool stuff being dragged in for display including a German Halftrack. It looks like a 251, will check it out in more detail tomorrow.

As Greg, Kevin, Maddy, and I stood there, watching the German halftrack rolling by, one of us said, "That's really neat!"

"Yeah. It looks like a giant paper model!"

Sweet! Maybe PTA will design it for them if you can gather more info on the halftrack

Looks like whoever was in charge of scheduling the weather for the Army Heritage Festival did a very good job: Carlisle PA weather forecast

I am sure wishing that you have a pile of fun!
