More updates!!
Engine #2 is up and ready. I found that this one was easier to make, I guess because I had the experience with the #1. It is to be notes that there are no detailed engines here, only a cone that will serve as a stand for the propellers. Anyway, it doesn't look bad... I think. 1. 2. |

Now for the rudders, I found something odd. Although I cut the former exactly as the part goes, it won't go all the way out of the stabilizer part as to attach the rudder former!! Photo 1.
So after thinking for a solution... my wife came, and she pointed out that an additional piece would do it... and She was Right!! So I manage to cut a little piece of cardboard, and paste it to the rudder former, then attach this to the inner former on the stabilizer. Photo 2 shows the little extra piece, and the space where it is going to be pasted. Photo 3 shows the result. As you can see, the extra piece could be attached seamless to the inner former of the stabilizer. This was a dry fit, as the former for the rudder must be inside the part, BEFORE is made. That is in photo 4. 1. 2. 3. 4. |

To make the rudder, I used a piece of aluminum rod to make curves on the extremes of the piece. Photo 1.
Then I glued the edges carefully. Photo 2. There were no problems at all here. I used these clips to hold it while the dry process. Photo 3 shows the rudder ready to be attached to the tail. And photo 4 shows it in its place. No gaps, no blank spaces, no problems!! 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. |

That really looks good! That's a very clean buid and the joints are very well done.

Gerardo, that is a very nice model of a great looking plane. Your build is very clean. It's a pity these early MM kits don't have a little more detail in the engines.
