Looks miighty fine to me. Deviation, however slight, is a punishable offense under the UCPMJ (Uniform Code of Paper Modeler Justice) but we'll overlook it this time.

The wings look good. I've used a similar approach for MM wings as well and I've been relatively successful with the technique. Your model is really taking shape and looking good!

I kinda knew that the possibility of losing points because of being a deviant was there but when going for the gold you've got to use every trick (short of building on steroids).

Instead of a JAG lawyer, does that make you a RAG lawyer?

Meanwhile, back at the thread . . .
Those wings look mighty fine. I have been contemplating the fabrication of wings for my HP Hampden with guarded pessimism and so read every word and poured over each photograph to learn what I could. Don |

Added some more bits and pieces and the landing gear. Well covers, bombs, canopy and prop/spinner left to do.
Will try to the spinner with card however I'm not always successful and may need to resort to plan b. I'm really enjoying watching the other Malys come together and it appears after seeing all the misprinting and color matches in some of the other kits that I lucked out on this one, it's pretty good for an old Maly. |
