Star Wars Sand Crawler

Here is what I have gotten done on the sand crawler so far..
Ready to join the body and complete and add the tracks..

Ever since I first saw this some 10-12 years ago I've wanted to see someone build it. Looking at your build thread it seems pretty straightforward. Are the Jawas building it for you? No, seriously, it looks good. Seems to me you're almost done with this one already.

Yep pretty straight forward on the build, my problem is patience waiting for the glue to completely dry...lol

So far have spent maybe 4 hrs on it.. I have learned to have a side project to work on between stages.. Also building a Lindberg Russian T80 Tank (styrene tho) which allows the parts to dry.

Going to apply final touchups to cover the white thats peeking thru on some of the seams.. but its finally completed

That built up nicely.
Still seems curious to me that it is: sandcrawler is my favorite Star Wars ground vehicle.

Never was a big SW fan but I do like some of the vehicles and craft.. This just seemed like an easy build for someone new to paper modeling..
