The Perfect Cardstock?
I think I have found it. It's called "Cougar," and I ordered it from cutcardstock.com. It has a very smooth finish, almost like a coated paper, and it is blindingly white.
I have been buying and using Neenah "Bright White" Premium cardstock from Office Depot. Until the Cougar cardstock arrived today, I didn't realize how much tan is in the Neenah cardstock. The Cougar is a bit pricier, especially with the shipping, but when I compare the two, it is definitely worth it, especially if I want to build a model that has a lot of white or aircraft grey surfaces. (I'm talking about downloaded models here.) I'll still use the Neenah bright white for structures and other heavily colored projects, but when I need white or light gray, the Cougar card is noticeably superior. The photo I took doesn't do it justice. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.
