I enjoyed seeing Date-san's workspace and watching him assemble his model of the Meiji-era NISSHA main building in Kyoto, the original of which can be seen here: Nissha Museum of Printing History | 一般財団法人NISSHA財団

Struggling with the translation of the caption to the video brought to light a few things that you probably know very well, but were new to me:

The Japanese phrase that means "papermodeling" (kumitateru - 組み立てる) has the same root as the word for "typesetting" (kumi - 組み).

So I guess it is appropriate that the building Date-san assembled is now a museum of printing history.
