Knockout SR-71, dude. That baby takes up some serious real estate. Of course, being made of aluminum cans, I suppose it could even be displayed outdoors if you wanted.
I'm definitely checking in at this thread on a regular basis. Wade

Stay tuned indeed. My next big project is coming hopefully sometime around late June; A three foot long F-15 Eagle in a Pepsi camo pattern with a lighted cockpit...

Hi JLO
in the beginning when you are building the A-10 did you use a low temp or high temp glue gun? thanks |

I have always used hi temp guns. The cheap glue guns wear out quickly which ran me into problems. I have found investing in a good 385degree glue gun to be the best thing I did. I am building another A10, you will be able to see the difference from the first plane.

These are awesome. I am interested in getting into can folding. Would you consider sharing some of your designs for practice? I would love to do an A-10.

For those who are just wanting to start out in the art, I would say visit http://www.fiddlersgreen.net/. Most of us who started working with cans began by using the templates over there. Besides, there should be a tutorial going up over there very shortly that shows just how to do it...

Thanks
Thanks so much. I am in AFROTC and would eventually like to make some models for my detachment. This helps a lot. Thanks again.
