Betty Page died

Not anything I could make but something I would have done (in a galaxy far far away) I thought I would mark the passage of Betty Page who helped many young men mark and make their own passage. This was the only picture I thought I could get away with posting. Google Images is your friend, in case you need to know more.

A recent episode of "Cold Case" featured a murder victim clearly based on Betty Page. A Betty Page look alike was also a character in the Rocketeer graphic novel and film.

They say she may have contributed to the sexual revolution of the sixties. I believe that may have extended into the 70's and I may have benefited from that. Thanks Betty. ( I have confessed all my sins but I am cursed with a savant memory, about certain things anyway).

That would explain why she was in the news today. Can not believe I did not catch that she passed away.

I wish I knew how to do the Pepakura Modeling. She would be a great subject for that. Especially with all the little outfit options. I digress.

Wink "Aaah, Sweet Betty Page."

Of course Shakespeare actually said, "Anne Page," but then he didn't know Betty. It is sad when someone as influencial to us all as Betty passes. It would be neat to have a model of her...but why bother with little costumes, hmmmm?
