You should be illustrating dinosaur books... those are truly remarkable drawings! Top notch!
I've got several dinosaur books in my personal collection... mostly space program, but I find paleontology fascinating as well... sort of my "other hobby" (besides rocketry, the space program, and paper models...) KUTGW!!! OL JR

I decided to give a little information on the drawings I make
The komodo dragon is the reptile of nightmares. Measuring up to 10 ft in length and weighing up to 366 pounds, this varanid was equipped with oesteoderms under its skin, providing protection similarly to chainmale, highly serrated dentition capablefof cutting through bone and to top it off, a very potent venom that has symptoms that take almost immediate effect in large, warm blooded mammals. it dominates the few Indonesian islands it lives on as top predator. Now, lets rewind 2.5 million years ago during the pleistocene era in Australia. There lives a varanid virtually identical to the komodo dragon. But over 5 times heavier. Megalainia was a 23 ft, 1 ton monitor lizard that could qualify as the most ferocious predator that ever lived along side our ancestors. This lizard would of predated on them along with the large variety of marsupial species. This sketch depicts a megalania with spears embedded in its skin, but are far from life threatening. It would likely fall off after a while. Further details are held due to the fact that I'm getting a new computer along with photoshop. I plan on scanning them before working on them any further |

The mighty direwolf is a large canine that averages up to 70 kgs in weight. This massively built wolf competes with a variety of megafauna, from cave bears to saber tooth cats. The dire wolf has a massive skull made to crush bone and my drawing, i depicted it being far from pleased
So far, all it needs is paws. For some reason, I stopped and went throughout my day and eventually forgot about them. They will be added soon |
