The Zero is nice and large, really brings out the true beauty of what these can be at larger scales. I wish you had more room to build without constraints as I do believe the larger these get, the beauty is accentuated more. Having built some of these at 1/18th scale all the way up to 1/8th was really quite liberating. It does present obvious storage issues since there isn't an easy place to display large models such as a 48 inch Antonov 225 easily!

Thanks Gman, haven’t heard from you for quite awhile.
Yes, storage is a real problem for me and that’s why I build small.

I get easily distracted, a new project, a new can livery arrives on my doorstep, someone reaches out looking for a unique project and I simply cannot resist! So goes life when you are surrounded by several thousand cans at one time!

No.35 Bruno's B737, scaled at 1/300

No.35, Bruno's B737 at 1/300 is made out of one piece of 350ml alcoholic drink can sheet, in flight mode.
That's the most that you can get from a single can sheet.
The templates will have to be placed to get the best of the graphics that I'm satisfied with.
Enjoy the views, guys.

Nah, plum-tasted spirit isn't actually my bag. Just the can I like.
Hope the can plane is "wildly" in stead of "widely" loved.

What better things to do than having the templates printed on a 500 ml aluminium can?
I just have it done, actually two identical ones, using Paperengineer's AMX in 4 liveries at 1/200.
The cost is roughly over USD10 each plus shipping and the cans are printed in China.
Unfortunately, the cans were slightly dented when collected in Hong Kong.
Not sure what to do with them but my plan is to keep one for look and cut the other one
into building pieces. Wow, 4 planes in one can, what a deal!

Yep, Lex, just give ‘em the graphics according to their specs and they’ll print it for you. Mind you, the printed surface is not highly glossy but a little matt. But it’s good enough for fighters alright .
No, the cans are empty without any beverage inside so you don’t have to empty them to get their “skin”. So no diabetic or alcoholic problems!
