Foods! Smoked Meats

Here is one of my true food passions. Smoking meats.
To my Texas taste, no other food will suffice. It is an inner
drive to make it the best you've ever had.

Lots of hours, but it's all worth it!

Looks great, Ray. All look very tasty.

We've had a Bradley smoker for about 15 years. We consider Rytek Kutas' "Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing" the bible for do it yourself smoking.

Thanks for sharing,
Gary

Nice! I made up a very tasty brisket a couple of weeks ago on my smoker. You almost made me drool on my keyboard. I don't see that as a problem.

Thanks everyone! I find it relaxing to be outdoors rolling smoke, listening to some
tunes, maybe a tasty drink. And the anticipatory smell of good bbq!

Being on a low-sodium diet and semi-vegetarian by inclination will just leave more for the rest of you.

You bet! Pulled pork, with either the NC or SC style sauce.
Had both, love them all!
