Old House Restoration

About eight years ago, I bought this old house. It looked bad, but it seemed to have good bones, as they say. First photo shows the place in its neglected condition. Second photo shows the housd after extensive exterior renovation. I'm still working in the interior. Hooe to be finished this year. I should say I don't live there

Looking good.
Did sort of the same a few years ago, but it was in much better condition. Spend about 6 months doing things so I could move into it. Last year's project was have a split system heat pump HVAC system installed. Not sure what this year's big project will be .
