My ex.
Not me, sorry.
My ex has been dealing with MS for thirty plus years and has always been positive. She went up Kilimanjaro six years post diagnosis. Now she cannot get into bed or wheelchair or shower without a hoist and her left (Dominant) hand is too weak to hold a pencil. She has over two difficult years taught herself to paint with her right hand which I think is amazing. I am phishing for comments to try and elevate her self esteem and morale, if the spirit moves you and you are happy to leave some comments I can pass on I would appreciate it. Thanks for your attention folks, best to all and stay well out there. Mike |

Marveluos result. Shows again there's no thing one can't achieve when the mindset is right and firm. Conratulations to Sara taking such a goal to achieve despite her difficulties with her healt. Must also be a felief to her to be able to paint and find some solace at dire times.
Best wishes to you both, Tappi |

The weakness of a human's body doesn't mean anything against the power of a spirit. She was really great now, as she is, and every day she grows and her heart became more shining. That's why I do believe in an afterlife - thanks to people like her.

I would write a part in Italian, my language, in order to express my view:
Un incredibile lavoro di maestria, nato dalla volontà di non arrendersi mai, nemmeno contro la malattia, gli dei e la natura. Una vera titana che, come Vittorio Alfieri amava dire: "Volli, e volli sempre, e fortissimamente volli" "I wanted, I strongly wanted, and I very strongly wanted" The translation is not the best, sorry, this phrase was used by Alfieri (an Italian poet and playwright) to describe his efforts to learn Italian (he used to speak French), because he didn't have the patience to study, he ordered his servant to tie him to the chair at the dawn and not to free him until the sunset, despite any of his cryings and yelling during the day. One of his famous tragedies is "Saul": King Saul knows that his real enemy is God, not David, he knows that against God he will be totally defeated and that there is no hope of victory, yet he will not renounce to fight until the tragic end. For Alfieri, he was a Titan, a super-human being, because of that. |

That picture is well worth looking at. Your ex should just "keep on truckin'".

Excellent request Mike,
Your wife’s name please. She is proving that Art and disability interact. The applied coloring on the beak alone is worthy of study. Thank you for sharing, Bob Penikas |
