Jalapeņo Poppers Pigs in a Blanket

I used a can of crescent rolls and cut each triangle into thirds the long way. Cut the jalapeņos in half and scraped out the seeds and most of the membranes. A mixture of sharp cheddar and cream cheese was used to fill the peppers and a cocktail sausage was placed on top. Wrapped in the dough then an egg wash brushed on and sprinkled with everything bagel mixture.
Very good. Not hot to me, but then I like to eat raw jalapeņo peppers so if someone asks if they are hot I say not to me.
