Curtiss Sparrowhawk
This is one of those refined petroleum products. My interest in golden age aircraft and airships came together with this one. It's a 1/32 scale kit from Williams Brothers.

Wag, Beautiful build :D :D :D
The Sparrowhawk has a special place in my heart :D I have this kit and the Dumas balsa kit. One of the designers I work for is contemplating a paper version per my suggestion I'll be building the Macon paper model soon and your pics here may inspire it to be bumped up the build chain BTW got any front shots of your model? I built this plane out of balsa wood in my early twenties, a long time ago. Those plans can be converted to a paper model without too much problems. A google search will also get you some more reference material. I also built the plastic model from Aurora (I believe) when it was still alive.

Excellent build. I have the 1/72 limited-run issue from Pegasus. it looks to be quite a challenge.

Simply magnificent :D Thanks for the front shot. This plane and it's carrier is the most fascinating piece of aviation to me I love the color schemes from that era to.
