Just what I need, a new hobby!
Well, it's official. As of 2:30 this afternoon, I joined the ranks of the millions of folks around the world called "Open Water SCUBA Divers". I just love the feeling of hanging under water. It's so peaceful. I got to poke a few crappies and blue gills yesterday and today. A few of us even did a little trash removal from the quarry we dove in.
Hopefully I can put this license to good use P.S.- If any of you folks are divers and know of some good sites, let me know |

Well if you ever make to Salt Lake there is a little spot called Seabase near Grantsville (about 40 miles west of Salt Lake on I-80) that has some pretty good diving. Has a whole stock of tropical fish in some sort of geothermally heated spring.

Gee Willygoat, all I can say is, Lake Mead! We got an underwater town site, ship wrecks, well actually more like boat wrecks. Even got a WWII Bomber down there. We even have a few fish that are probably near as big as you are here and there.
