(Whew!)
I was afraid I'd given the wrong counter-sign! Dave, that was nearly 40 years ago! Does that make us Statler and Waldorf?

In Filipino, it's "Maligayang bati sa iyong kaarawan." (happy greetings on your birthday) Often, it's truncated to "Maligayang bati."
But usually, we just use "Happy Birthday". In Japanese, it's "o-tanjou-bi omedetou" (tanjou-bi = birthday, the "o-" prefix is used for honorific form. omedetou=congratulations) "murdy murdy morday" -- that's happy birthday spoken by that chef in the muppet show. |

I'm rich! I'm rich! I'm rich! Actually John I was. I really had some of those - still do somewhere. It was actually cheaper to use then in the toilet then it was to try and buy a roll of toilet paper with them - about an wheelbarrow full for one roll! A wonderful gift for me full of memories! Thanks!
