Happy UnBirthday everyone

Dear Friends:
Happy UnBirthday to everyone, May all just be able to make paper models all day long. It is a quiet week for birthdays. I had to paraphrase Mark Twain.
Every one have a great day,
Miles

Thanks Miles!

It won’t be paper modeling, but I will enjoy time with family and friends

Have a good day too!

Finished off a model today which the other half approved of, so I'm pretty chuffed. A great day to you too, Miles.

Miles, thank you. I did work on models today, in honor of my Dad, whose birthday was yesterday, and who introduced me to paper models during WWII. (He departed the surface of the earth, in 1998 at the age of 97) Yesterday, I was busy upholding a family tradition, thus the lateness of the birthday build. When I was a kid, my Mother would proclaim the Holiday Season over on Dad's birthday and we would all pitch in and undecorate the house and put away all the holiday decorations. I have carried that tradition forward and was busy yesterday, packing stuff up. Incidentally, my lucky number has always been the number 13. For obvious reasons, I do not gamble with dice!

Hey Miles, Thanks! I have built two airplane models lately and I am working on a new little triple-engine jetliner display for my nephew. He told me recently he really liked the 1011 and the DC10 models. So I am making the S&P models for him on a little pedestal.
