Merzo, the Semyorka I built was the Voskhod carrier. It was without serial numbers on the sides. At least, Leo did not put them on. I cannot find any numbers or letters.
However, the attachment can be done in phases:
The straps holding them together at the bottom can be attached to three of them before 'hugging' the core stage. The last two straps are added when you have the 4 Morkovka's wrapped around the core. I used white glue first and afterwards, I sealed the straps at the booster side with superglue (CA).
I used very loose elastic rubber bands for help.

After that I glued the Morkovka's to the top clamps.

Good luck!

ALL of the red colored parts are for transportation, storage and fore-launch preparation... These parts must be removed on launch pad.

For example, see two subimages from the big NASA's photo of Soyuz at Baikonur (http://www.nasa.gov/images/content/2...008e122485.jpg).

Wow. Never seen this before. Are those things perspex cones they put into the engine bells for protection?
This is the second stage, I presume. The first stage has red cones inserted then?
Thanks for the information, Leo!
