1/48th Saturn V
Myself like you folks are kitbashing.Ive too have combined elements from Greelt,Ton Noteboom,TVC-15,and others to make this beast.Currently I have Greelts work done.the others are in the planning stages. The S-II will be modified with scratchbuilt parts, wish it were more accurate, but thats the way it goes.I figure its a way to test my skills.

Where there's a will there's a way, Improvise, Adapt and Overcome.

Hi. I have been working rather slowly on the build, improvising and adapting is nice but hard Also I did a little quick project and even though is not a paper project it does have some paper parts... I started working on the f1 engines and are coming out quite nice, well actually just the first one, I hope the other ones will be faster since all of the enhancements will already figured out. I could not find enough reference material on the part below the service module the one that holds the LEM some I'm just adding a little exterior detail from a couple of pictures I found. Here are a some pics of the engine and of my side project... hope you like em...
By the way the side project was a conversion of a hot wheels Delorean to a back to the future version. I enjoyed doing it so much that I'm working on version 2 Enjoy... |

It's all looking great, and yes the engines will go faster with each one you build. By the time I got to #5 of Greelt's I could build one in about two hours. And...love the Delorean!
