Ah, ok. I'll look into it. Thanks.

Edit: Found it. I'll see what I can do to fix it. In the mean time, anyone have any other suggestions for stacks that'll work at 1:800?

For those looking - Falorni's stack was discussed here:
Shuttle stack problems

It's quite buildable, though nowhere near AXM's level of fidelity.

The reprinted stack is working better, but the bottom of the ET still doesn't fit. The nose, however, fits perfectly - there must have been a scaling issue with the printer the first time. I did notice, however, that the scale is different this time - my work laserjet printed it slightly larger than my home inkjet did. I hope I won't need to rebuild the orbiter...

So, apparently my scale estimate is wrong. I printed a 1:200 model at 4 pages per sheet, so I assumed a 1/4 scale multiplication. Measuring the model and comparing to data online, it looks like it's closer to 1:400. Oh well, I still like it :D

The good news is that the stack reprint is really close to the orbiter's scale: ~1:439 and ~1:441.

Almost done, just a few tiny details to add (lower booster attachments and H2 and O2 feed lines - yes, I'm crazy)

That's a pretty little Columbia you've made there. The stack also came down nicely. Any plans for the MLP and crawler going with it? (AXM's 1/144 versions can be printed at 36% for 1/400 and give a good result.)

The thought has crossed my mind - I'm really enjoying the challenge of getting as much detail as I can into such a tiny model.
