good luck

Hello Ken, I want to join the chorus, wishing you good luck for surgery.
My mother did the same intervention some year ago and I remember that she was very amazed how the world looked after: so beautiful, clear and colored.
I can wait your model, but don't worry: first the health and mainly the sight, then our hobby.

Best, Nando

After my eye surgery, i need reading glasses to do close work but it's a small price to pay for the huge improvement in distance vision. Here's wishing you a quick recovery!

I'll plunk down my $18 as soon as the kit is available.
Cheers,
--David

Been following since the early days of this thread. Been anxiously awaiting my chance to plunk down some box in the name of serious fun. $18 is wwaaaayyy reasonable and will only mean I'm gonna get my hands on this great project all the quicker.

Can't wait.

To all,

Tonight I hit an important milestone.....

I just sent the LAST PART FILE to BILLY!!!

I am officially done with the Instructions. Now, I just need to put the pages together and send the package to Chris at ecardmodels.com this weekend.

I began this project on the day my son started his Senior year in High School. He is now a Sophmore at the University of Michigan!! I'll let you count the months. It's been a really fun project, and I can tell from the hit count, that you all enjoyed it as well, and that's what this is all about.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to my good friend and collaborator, BILLY. He is an outstanding builder and innovator. Later this month, he will be showcasing the Command Module in a big model show in Europe, and I can't wait to see how that goes.

Thanks for watching, and I hope that those of you who choose to download the Command Module, will enjoy the challenge, and reflect back on the days of APOLLO, and by building the model, gain a more full appreciation of just how magnificent these men and machines were in their time. I also would like to remember Scott Carpenter, who just passed away; leaving only John Glenn as the last Mercury Astronaut.

Thanks again!!

Ken
