Space Shuttle Flight Deck Dashboards
I concur, Tonino,
Those are spectacular masterpieces! Very well done. You have achieved an amazing level of realism in your work. I look forward to seeing them mounted in your 1:16 scale flight deck model. All the best from Stockholm, Bengt |

Thank you my friends!
My only fear is that, once printed, most of this work will be lost. I'm writing any single switch label, useless work considering best of printer's maximum resolution. Anyway, once the work is done, the files, as they are vector graphics, will be available to try an even greater upscaling, with no limitations in size... up to 1:1 if you want!!! But now I have a question for the space experts: I'm working on the central console and have to put this switch in place (see image) This is panel C5 and should be placed somewhere on the right side of central console, near left pilot's leg. I don't have any photo showing this particular (it's always out of view) Anyone has an image who can help me? |

I think this picture shows where C5 is located!

Location of C5 Panel
Wow!
That required a very wide fish-eye lens, and it is still almost out of the frame (bottom to the right, upper half of panel, orange color). Great find! All the best, Bengt in Stockholm |

WOW, glad to have achieved your attention spacerunner!
When I wonder if there is a reason to put so much details in a model I think to your launch pad...and any doubt disappears! Well... this time (before to go aft) I've done the central console. There's a lot of recessed spaces so I've done a LOT of little boxes. Some of them are VERY tiny. Lets' hope they are actually doable. The last image is a close-up of the C5 panel: this is for you nnlee! Thanks again for your help! |
