Leo Cherkashyn's Uragan model help

Hello all,

I am building a model of Uragan and I cannot find the connector piece in the pdf file to make one of the parts into a cylindrical shape (part name is b2a)



I am guessing that it was a mistake, and I will have to have to fashion my own piece
The part b3a has a connector piece though, to make it a cylinder, so I find it strange
