Fortezza's 1:100 Endeavour Model

I can't seem to reach the Fortezza 1:100 scale Endeavour model.

I have searched high and low for this thing and can't find it anywhere. I even tried the wayback machine but no joy. Does anyone know where I can download this model?

You can often locate "lost" items using the designer's name, subject, and "paper model" as Google search terms. Fortezza's shuttle is apparently still up at Esperia Mission .
Select MISSION; SHUTTLE 120; PAPER MODEL from the drop downs on the top menu bar.

Yogi

Oop - only three pages there. Will keep looking.

So close... Thanks for trying. I'll keep looking as well. Let me know if you find the "lost pages."

Found it!!!

If anyone is interested, you can DL the whole package (all 5 orbiters plus instructions) here:

MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

This looks immensely challenging. I can't wait to start!

BTW... Thanks for your help Yogi!

"Immensely challenging" is an understatement. I did, however, re-scale it to 1/96th and built Atlantis, then added it to a scratchbuilt ET and RSRMs. But the Fortezza shuttle is well-designed; it isn't a quick-and-dirty build, though. Does lend itself to super-detailing, however.

I saw pictures of it elsewhere on the web, David. Makes me almost not want to build one... It was astounding to say the least! Did you do a build thread somewhere that I can refer to? I want to avoid as many pitfalls as possible obviously.

I also intend to build it at 1:96 to match the rest of my manned rocket gallery. Then I'd like to mate it to the ET/SRB stack at the LHCC sight. Are there any tips for doiing this that you are aware of (i.e. - How to actaully connect the two models)?

Thanks for the kind words. The build thread, such as it was, is here:
MARS Center Shuttle -- Atlantis - Zealot Hobby Forum

I'm not sure you can let what anyone around here does deter you from building your models. If that were the case, I would've hung it up long ago because there are some amazing modelers here. That said, there's no reason you can't build a great model that inspires the rest of us.

Hello. I own the Endeavour pdf files downloaded when the link was still active. Look I sent (my mail is mcoghe at tiscali dot it ). One must of course ask Fortezza which has an account on Facebook. Hello, see you soon. Mike

Original 1:100 Scale Fortezza Endeavour Shuttle Files

Hi Gideon,

I have found an active (archive) link for ALL the Fortezza shuttle models, including the Endeavour:
Home Page di MARS Center -= Microgravity Advanced Research and Support Center =-

It works perfectly - I downloaded ALL the PDF shuttle files again, just to be on the safe side!
All the 1:100 scale ISS models (with Italian instructions) are also available here:
Home Page di MARS Center -= Microgravity Advanced Research and Support Center =-

Have fun, and remember to post photos if you build a model!

All the best,
Bengt

PS. Lo, and behold - the Soyuz spacecraft and launcher are also available as 1:100 scale models:

Thanks Bengt! When I get around to building it, I will most certainly post visuals.
