It is Answer EU07 Electric Loco 1:25 scale by Romanmodels . David presents all the steps in a good build report lasting about 17 months.

Fantastic job!
Really a great model of a very pleasant and nicely designed electric loco, painted in the old, attractive color code (no yellow surfaces on the front and rear).
