1. Soviet Armored Draisine “Kraznaja Zvezda” (1/24 GPM)

I'm new to the forum and wanted to start by sharing photos of one of my favorite paper models, the Soviet Armored Draisine “Kraznaja Zvezda”(the 1/24 kit from GPM). I completed this in 2009.

I love these armoured trains...and here's one that I didn't even know had been modelled...great build...like, Rick, I'd love to see more...

Thanks guys, I appreciate it! Having just joined the forum, I'm getting caught up posting photos of my already-completed builds...will try to do WIPs on new builds going forward.

This was a great kit and I highly recommend it, if you can find it...I was so enthused about this kind of subject after finishing this model, I went out and ordered that kit of the Br-52 Kriegslok. Now THAT looks...well, if I live to be 106, maybe by then I could finish it.

Br-52 you said, Oh please let us see. I have pondered the idea of the one as produced by Modelik paired to the GPM Leopold. Would that not be a monster.

I so look forward to any WIP you may post, seems no matter the subject, you are more than capable to build it.

Yep, it's the Modelik Br-52 kit that I bought.

I, uh, haven't actually started it yet......but doing a WIP might be just the thing to actually make me stick with it!

I think there is one on-going elsewhere on the site...
