Some English Railways of Albrecht Pirling

In addition to his many models of German railways
my brother Albrecht Pirling has constructed four railroad engines
of English models.

Leander der London Midland and Scottish Railrway
Schnellzuglok 123 der Caledonian Railway
Englische Schnellzuglok Nr 995 der Great Northern Railway
Tenderlok 1466 der Great Western Railway

All models are constructed in 1:38.
I enlarged them to 1:26.
Let me show you some pictures of these models.

I begin with the 1466 of the Great Western Railway

All of them look great, but I especially like the 123 of the Caledonian Railway. Are these models available anywhere?

Very beautiful models! I am also interested in purchasing them. Where can I do that?

Many thanks for your great interest and the nice words.

Yes, you can buy them.
You should send Albrecht an email.
To some of you I have already given his address.

Greeting
Adolf Pirling

These are superb. I am very fond of the pre-BR and pre-grouping British rolling stock. These locomotives are really beautiful.

I second Don's comments - I know almost nothing about them (or much else rail-related) but I love the colours and the look of the designs...and I always appreciate a good build...

Absolutely fantastic models. I don't believe I ever saw a 4-2-2 locomotive before.
