A Santa Fe-style caboose is a relatively simple car - depending on how much effort you want to put in, it might be possible to create your own model from scale plans -

Here's a set from a book that the Santa Fe published back in 1953 with scale plans of a lot of their passenger and freight equipment - I don't know if it will help or not...
