Bob,
Papermau posted one back on 9-19-21 from Japanese designer Koiwai Mitsuba.
I don’t know the scale so you may have to adjust for it.

I started a project folder a few years back but never got anywhere with it.
I was going to do a small model of a classic MickeyDees, like an original 50s one.

but that Japanese model (skyman's link) is a nice one.
Might not be a proper McDs building, but whatever.

I've seen similar McDonald's about 10 to 15 years ago, before they even made them more 'industrial' in appearance. There weren't many in that style even back then. At least in my travels

There's also a larger McCafe scaled for the Carrera 1:32 slotracers here:
Carrera4Fun.de - Die Webseite für den Carrera UNI 132 und Slotcar Fan

Go to Gebaude & Deko/Gastronomie/McCafe on the right side track menu. There are optional pages that add a different entrance, tables, umbrellas and roof tents.

The Japanese model is actually pretty typical of what we have here, as is the Carrera McCafe.
