Then made the railroad for the locomotive.
Starting from the base made out of 1/8 inch thick birch plywood and small wood strips. And for the consistency of rail quality, made the jig that holds three paper pieces together. Small (but strong) magnet to hold the Tender in position (it holds the Tender very well). Ballast will be added later. |

Made the coal block for Tender
Staring from Charcoal that I got from next-door neighbor. Hammered a lot and get the coal grains ready. using aluminum foil, formed a kind of mold and made the coal block using school glue. After a day or so, it completely dries and the coal block is ready for mounting. The coal block is detachable. |

After the floor made and attached to the frame, painted the frame. |

The height of the front boiler support was adjusted aligning with the boiler body. |
