Simply Paint.net, it's a free software... lots of possibilities and easy to understand

These look very realistic. All the 3d effects are actually the texture shadows and you managed to hide the texture repetitions on the brickwork too.

Excellent graphic work. Nice addition to the fleet of wagons.
Question: Your photos always seem to contain so many interesting details.
In this one, I noticed the white bird in the upper center of the photo.
I don’t see any means of suspension. (image below) Can you comment?
