I haven't thought about it yet. If there is a person (other than me) really interested in building the Colombian guardian of the base, I may consider sending it to the person via e-mail.

I didn't know there is a blank version out, guess I missed it, so maybe I'll try to do my own..........Rich
If there is clear consensus upon one specific version of a green invasion C-47 supported by several enough people, I will surely consider making such repaint when I have time

I just don't want to make a version for only one or two people, leaving out other persons who would prefer a different scheme.

Other thing is... I really would like to see this kit built. It has happened the same as with the Ford Tri-motor. Thousands of people have downladed the kit, but only a handful has shown their build, which make me very sad :( Well, I understand size and time are also a problem with this kit. Specially size. But still I thought there would be more builds of it, given the expectation.

Kind regards.

Ruben,

There are probably more builds then you think! Here is one recently posted in this forum!

http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/o...elated-23.html

I want to build the model, but I want to build an RHAF version - so it must wait until I can repaint it in the future!

If I'd build it, it would be this livery:

Should be an easy repaint, or even easier to print it on shiny orange card!

Wait, it already comes in Orange? Must have missed that! Might have to scale it down a tad though, it won't fit in my home at full scale!

It'll fit. Put it above a door!

That is not possible in my home, it has a window above each door! There's only one place where it could fit, above the largest window, but even then I'd have to scale it down. My home is tiny...

Place it on a board and hang in front of the window, like a picture. If the board is something like frosted acrylic you could maybe get a nice effect with the light and still keep the room bright?

Another civilian recolour

Finally, the first piece of the recolour - any guesses? Rubén has given his ok for sharing the recolour based on his digital file. More pictures to follow as I do the build to check the alignments.

Regards,
John
