Peterbilt 281 - DUEL
I'm working on this "movie" model. It would be a simple small model ( 1:72 scale) but...so I was getting involved with the project, i was becoming interesting more and more for it...well, now it's a well detailed model, i hope this will not be very complicated to make in this small scale.
As soon as possible i will post some images here |

A nice work
I just finished the front front cooler. I'm adjusting the parts and correcting some of them while i'm building.

I'm a big fan of the film and the truck so I look forward to following this thread. I'm sure you know this site already but just in case this is about the surviving Duel truck and has some useful pictures on.

Make it bigger! They will come!! 1:25 scale!! One of the great all time movies. I still feel for Dennis Weaver.

wrong scale
I made a mistake, the scale that i'm working is 1:50 and not 1:72, but i always make another big size model, in this case , a 1:33 scale. I think 1:25 is very large for a truck, and it would demand a lot of details. But i think that 1:33 is a nice scale.
