I think you have done very fine work again, just a great looking ship. Excellent, and a goal to shoot for if I ever build a project as this.

We`re nearing the end.
Main mast ( a wooden stick sanded to a conical shape ) was erected, davits fitted. Two dinghies were suspended to the davits with drawn plastic rods. The barrels were glued to the casemat guns. It turned out that I had to cut them at the ends to make them fit into the breeches. |

You have produced another magnificent model of a beautiful warship, Hans-Gerd. I'm glad to be able to see these photographs and to admire your craftsmanship.

Hi folks,
thank you for your nice comments. Last thing to do was the rigging. This was done with drawn plastic rods. Now Paris could be commissioned. CU Hans Gerd |

Thanks for watching my building report.
The Paris by Modelik is a fine, detailed and exact fitting model. When using standard photo etched parts it will develop into a realistic, not often seen ship. My next project is USS California by Fly Model. CU Hans Gerd |

Very nice! I love seeing these ships come together. Now off to the action photo link to check out more impressive pictures, I'm sure...
