Outstanding work on that complex lattice mast, Wilfried. To use the American vernacular, you have nailed the appearance.

Hello Wilfried:
That is a masterful piece of work. You duplicated the original very very well.

Hello gentlemen,

thank you for stopping and dropping Don, Mike, it's always amazing for me when one of my creations comes close to the original. For me it's always a wonder what is possible with 4 pics and and a small drawing out of a book about the original...

With lovely greetings
the Wilfried

Your "nothing exciting" is my "How did he do that?" Beautiful craftsmanship, as always!

Hello gentlemen,

the party is over; all parts I need for the coloured version are testbuilt; so I have to thank you all for stopping in and leaving your very appreciated comments. For now I take a little time out here; there are a lot of meetings with forums friends the next weekends.
So I wish you all a good time - my next project is on the way...

With lovely greetings
the Wilfried

Hello friends,
12 years is a long time - and I am happy to be able to actively participate in forum life here again; in the meantime, some friends have left us, others have joined us; such is the course of life ... and yes, the GNEISENAU has acquired color and topicality with me! In the last few weeks, I've started to put this frigate in a condition that allows it to offer a download for purchase at the end of the year ... but now first photos of the condition of the model ...
I hope you enjoy this progress after a long time;

kind regards
Wil

Welcome back Wilfried!
Your Gneisenau is beautiful. The photography is excellent.
Your skills have not diminished during your absence.
I hope you will be here for a while, to show us more.
Mike
