I always appreciate the number of images you take, from all different angles.
This is going to get better and better as those upper masts and rigging begin to appear.

Hi friends,

I made a little progress on gunport lids, coloured and decorated them. I found the inspiration on other ships from this age (vasa, Le Saint Louis etc ). I think it could be so
I also started the work on the next level of masts and rest of tops.

Mike: thank you

Jan

Wonderful work on the standing rigging and gun ports, Jan. I agree with Mike, the many pictures from different angles provides us all with a wonderful multi view of the amazing work you are doing on this build. The tautness of the shrouds and stays is marvelous work. And the decorations on the lids came out spectacular...very impressive work!

Keep at it, mate!

Cheers!
Jim

Getting better and better, it is an amazing piece of art! It should be in a museum when it is finished.

I really appreciate the pictures with only bare poles and their rigging, as they become much more "lost in the noise" when the topmasts and their rigging, and the sails and so on are added.
It's wonderful, thank you!

It's so wonderful to start from the beginning of your adventure. This is the 3rd or fourth time I've been through it. By time I come to the most recent images I can picture her in full motion with all rigging and crew...like a living history lesson! I can't wait to see how you do your rigging.
Thanks Jan!
