Wow! That came out great! The same flag as used on the PeeDee would be fine. Great work!

Hello Joe:
This is an excellent rendition, and the nice camera work gives us many views. The configuration is interesting, with those giant paddewheels on the sides.

Mike, that was the curse in the war time South! They had a huge amount of steam engines for river boats and coastal steamers on hand, mostly used. And most were for side wheelers! That was the idea behind the vessel built at White Hall, a conversion of machinery to power screws instead of the wheels. But the South didn't have the machine tools to make enough. So the South used the engines as is.

Thanks Corey, Christian, Mike !

This period is very interesting!
Technology and tradition.
Steam, sail, paddle wheels, propellers, commercial vessels, warships, Blockade Runner .... And there are many variations!

Fantastic ! one small point, if it's 1865 the ensign is wrong, should be the "Stainless Banner and bar", and the naval jack is a square CS battleflag. but no matter, still fantastic. well done.
