Bonaventure question

How near in design is Bonaventure to the French carrier Arromanches which I think is in the Colossus class ?

Told you that before , the Arromanches was originally HMS Colossus herself and the hulls of the Collossus and Majestics were the same, just slight interior differences. With the plans that have now appeared on the French site you should now have the basic hull for Bonaventure.
Preliminary searches seem to show that the angled flight decks fitted to ships that were then flogged off to other navies were initially similar. The modifications to get to the angled deck seem to have been minimal but I'm still lacking enough details.

Cheers
Maurice
