Would it be possible to get your drawings, or the general arrangement plan of your Tug for a 1:250 waterline model ?

Here are the original drawings. Length = 190 feet, width = 54 feet.

Thank you. Do you have similar information for a barge for this pusher-tug ?
Is the original name of the ship ANDREW CARGILL ?

First of all, it's a "towboat", not a tug. The standard barge is 195' long and 35' wide. The original names for the 190 Viking class towboats include "Jason", "Argonaut". I believe "Lily M. Friedman", "Ray Eckstein", and "W.J. Barta" were the original names of the other three. Ray Eckstein was renamed "Acadian Jane" by the time she was launched. Names for most boats change all of the time, as they are sold, or companies are sold, or people get promoted. To track them, you need a resource like the Inland River Record, which is published yearly. (The Andrew Cargill Macmillan was originally the Argonaut.)

Barges

Reinhard, there are a number of types of barges. Here are drawings for a few. Remember that most barges are 195 feet by 35 feet.

Silly question is how many of each of the different types per trip? With the floods now near St Louis, shipping should have stopped. I remember tow boats even being used as ice breakers.

Sorry - my English is not so good, so I used TUG which I thought includes all pushing and towing ships.
Our push-boats on Danube river are smaller and less powerful, because the Danube is a smaller River (2500m³/h) but most of our barges are 76m in length.
The photo shows my 1:250 waterline-papermodell of the Pusher YBBS ~2500hp

an other request: At SHIPSPOTTING.com I found a picture of a (for me) strange looking Push-Boat called Chesapeake Coast which would be interesting to build. I have sent an email to the company for drawings, but I did not get any reply.
I think there are a lot of such ships used in US - how can I find drawings for one of them?
