Re Star Perseus

I am giving some details to my model Star Perseus. I built it more then 25 years ago. The model is still ok but the paint has to be redone not an easy job. Saw this type of vessel on a modelling mag and there was a small but detailed drawing. The enlargement of the drawing was done by myself, no computer then. Spent over a year doing it. I was very satisfied at that time. I used other scrap materials where I could not use card. Hope you like it.

Yes it is scratch built. After many years in my childhood building plastic kits and the luck of interesting kits by manufacturers I decided to make my own models. At first I had an idea to build matchstick models but then came to know that matchstick models some times have card sheets under so I took a short cut and used card from the start.

Download Sec

I am still like a butterfly going from one flower to another. Just going into sections just to see or have a taste of what's in. When I calm down I will give more time to various aspects of the forum. I have and still I am a member of a German language form with the same layout and sections. But I am only a passive member. Do not understand the German language. All I know and understand is the word Schiff for ship. So just look at photos. It is interesting but cannot participate. It was a blessing for me that when I was looking at Models on ModelWarships start page I came to the link of this forum. I will look in the download section that is for sure.
