I have tried several times to download, file acts as if downloaded, then when the allow comes up I get the following: Windows can not open! I go thru the computer and can not find the file saved anywhere. I have tried to download on two different computers and so far have not got a single nothing for the time. Am I the only one?

I just downloaded it using Google Chrome - no problem.
