Beautiful work, beautiful model! I'm currently building it but I can not figure out where some of the parts go! Part numbers 12b and 13b are not shown any where! And the assembly diagram shows part 23 at the rear of the ship ?
How did you understand the placement? Thanks for your posts, very helpful!!

Hi Spotcheem!
Have been out of business for a few days due to health issues, sorry for being late with my answer. You can see part 12b on this picture as part of the inner hull, right at the steps to the forward deck.
And "part 23" - well, it´s in a way a signature issue with papershipwright-models, that You can´t take part numbers for face value - take them with a big grain of salt! The firehose-boxes 23 belong to the front and back end of the bridge housing. And what is shown as part 23 on the assembly diagram is in reality the flagstock, part 46.
Good luck!

Thanks Heiner! Your posts are very helpful and informative. I did get those parts installed correctly, now I'm looking for a source for chain, for the winches and anchors! I think these little models are great!

Hi Heiner,

That's a brilliant build. Nice touch with the lasercuts. Is it possible to buy a hardcopy or you just get the file and you need to go to a printer or someone who can do the cutting for you?
Shame you can't hinge the wheelhouse roof in some way to reveal your painstaking work inside but the pics here are inspiring!
