'Majestic' class Aircraft Carrier

Greetings everyone from OZ,

I am interested in the above class of ship, given the RAN had two and I'm wondering does anybody know if there is a card kit available?

Please don't say "try this or that or here or there" as this would take weeks to troll through every manufacturer or internet vendor. I'm asking does anyone know for certain if there is a kit available?

Plan 'B' is to ask the various designers if it is a possibilty some time in the future.

Thankyou,
Roger Pearson.

Thanks Maurice,

The 'Colossus' looks pretty close, close enough to do the conversions I should think. Why are you nervous, the kit is on the E-Cardmodels site and seems to be a legitimate kit?

If you need to reply privately, my e-mail address is -- [email protected]

Thanks,
Roger.

I believe it was a joke because of the comment in your original post and him starting with 'try this'...

And although you probably already get inundated with spam at a hotmail account, it's generally better to write it xxx at yyy dot come to at least fool the robots

Hi Roger,

Please post photos when you start your Majestic. Are you planning to do Sydney 3, perhaps in her Vietnam ferry role?

Would make a great build thread to see how you modify Barry's Colossus.

Hello again Mark,

It's a loooooong way off, building the kit. I haven't even bought the kit yet and probably won't for some time, but I'm thinking I'd like to do "Sydney" during the Korean war and "Melbourne" when she had Gannets, Wessex etc or perhaps Skyhawks and Trackers, not sure yet.

'rickstef', yes I realise it's not a good idea to stick my e-mail address in a public forum and I already get quite a few 'dodgy' e-mails re bank accounts I didn't know I had, I just 'blow-em away'.

Off to see my beautifull new grandchildren, Madison and Jack today down in Melbourne. We can't wait to congratulate my daughter and her partner on the wonderfull little people they have created.

Cheers,
Roger in OZ.
