If of course, if you can tell them do it, please it would be an almost perfect cutout except for the insufficient support. But a stand can be easily designed, Parts G3a however and G3b should be corrected

I'm not worried about the "Stand" for the model.
Stands are never what each builder wants, and not a necessary part of the model.

The issue is integral Parts.
If Parts G3a and G3b need to be corrected, that is what I can pass along.
Can you be more specific about the correction?

Piece G3a and G3b are symmetrical and glued together to form a single piece. This piece should sit perfectly where the 4 pieces join the bow harpoon. Then you should slightly move that piece G3 (a + b) a little towards the bow and cut a bit of excess and it is perfect in the bow. But at the junction with the bridge a little more length of the piece is needed about 0,8-1,00cm

I have redesigned the mount to the original Ron Miller design. It is longer and slightly higher, as support now occurs on the two end bulkheads of the cylindrical center piece. There is also a keel socket, making the boat more secure. The arc-shaped circle has a radius equal to that of the aforementioned bulkheads. It is made to be printed on A3
It must be reinforced with 1,00mm cardboard
The kit is fantastic, buy it

Ron Miller is a great illustrator.
Need to go back through this thread and screen-shot all the pages so I have reference for when I get to build it.

How very cool. I wonder if Verne was inspired by the steam ships built by Winans, not as submarines, but as cigar shaped surface ships in the 1850s and 60s? There is a paper model of the last of that series, the steam yacht "Ross Winans", by Walden Models: British Steam Yacht "Ross Winans", 1866
